4. Cancellations and Refunds: Tutoring sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. Late cancellations, no-shows, and completed sessions are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to unused sessions. If we cancel a session, you may reschedule or receive a refund.

 

5. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during tutoring sessions, including worksheets, study guides, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Stars and Stripes Citizenship Inc. These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

 

6. User Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate information and to use services respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

 

7. Limitation of Liability: Stars and Stripes Citizenship Inc. is not responsible for outcomes related to exams, applications, or government decisions. We do not guarantee test results, approvals, or certifications

 

.8. Privacy: Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and protected.
