Tutoring Services

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Tutoring sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds for tutoring services are only available for unused sessions.

  • Once a tutoring session has been completed, it is considered rendered and is non-refundable.

  • If you purchased a package of sessions, any used sessions will be deducted from the total before a refund is issued.

Tutor Cancellations

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose:

  • A full refund for the canceled session, or

  • To reschedule at no additional cost.

Downloadable Content (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, all downloadable content is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Study guides

  • Worksheets

  • Practice exams

  • Recorded lessons

  • PDFs or other digital files

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the problem promptly.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • You were charged in error

  • You received the wrong digital file

  • The content is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end

These cases are reviewed individually.
